Ono Tire has established and improved various metrological management systems, cultivated a professional team of metrological inspectors, and continuously improved the metrological testing system.
The company has formulated the "Management Measures for Measuring Instruments" and strictly strengthens the management of measuring instruments in accordance with the management requirements of the automotive industry. On the basis of annual calibration of measuring instruments, MSA tools are used to analyze the repeatability, reproducibility, deviation and stability of measuring instruments, and further determine whether the measurement system can achieve satisfactory levels.
